We seem to be very lucky with the places that we have stayed. Our RV park had a pot luck dinner with door prizes and everything. They provided hot dogs, hamburgers, cake, and wait for it... fried Halibut!! Yummy! Bob was watching to see how they were cooking it since he is taking home 50 lbs. Leann asked for the batter recipe and was told that no Alaskan gives out their recipe, but by staying there and watching for a while he finally gave it up (any kind of pancake mix and fresh dill). Leann and I each won a door prize. I had made deviled eggs and a mincemeat/ apple pie which turned out good too.
